The quality of aluminum veneer materials can be judged by the following methods:

one look

It is identified by observing and touching the surface of the aluminum veneer material and the inner and outer surface layers.

1. The surface characters of genuine aluminum veneer materials are generally printed by imported inkjet code, and their writing is clear, and the general labeling of trademark identification, manufacturer, address and even telephone is clear and true; the surface of counterfeit and shoddy aluminum veneer material is mostly used. Ordinary printing presses are printed, and the writing is illegible. The manufacturers and logos are generally unknown or not marked.

2, the genuine aluminum veneer material is made of high-quality raw materials, the process precision is high, the surface layer and the inner layer feel smooth and smooth, and there is no speckle; and the fake and inferior aluminum-plastic pipe products are relatively poor due to work-saving.

3. The wall thickness of the genuine aluminum-plastic pipe and aluminum strip is even, the aluminum veneer material is tightly combined, and the quality and thickness of the pipe and aluminum strip can reach the relevant national standards; while the counterfeit products have large wall thickness deviation, aluminum sheet It is thinner and has a large gap at the overlap of the aluminum veneer material.

 Second, burning

Use an open flame to ignite the pipe. The true aluminum-plastic pipe is made by ultrasonic lap welding or hydrogen arc welding, and its interface is quite tight. After the fire ignites the pipe, the aluminum piece will not fall off; and the fake and inferior aluminum-plastic pipe and other combined pipe The aluminum sheet is not welded, the interface is not tight, and the aluminum sheet will fall off after ignition.

 Third, cut

The aluminum veneer material was spirally cut into a strip shape by pipe shearing, and the aluminum veneer material layer and the PE layer were peeled off by hand. The true aluminum-plastic pipe is a 5-layer composite structure, and the aluminum layer and the PE layer are closely attached. The material layer of the aluminum veneer peeled off by hand and the PE layer are not easily separated; and the fake and inferior products are not cut by the material, and the aluminum layer and the PE layer are not attached. Tight, easy to peel off.

Fourth, measurement

The pressure resistance of the aluminum veneer material is detected by a small pressure pump. The pressure of the blasting of the true aluminum-plastic pipe is high, and generally can meet or exceed the requirements of the relevant national regulations; while the pressure inside the blasting of the counterfeit product is generally low or even low, it is difficult to meet the requirements of use.
